Refunds
If your guide fails to generate, or you are not satisfied with it, email hello@awwow.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment provider, to the original payment method.
How to ask for a refund
Email hello@awwow.com from the email address you used at checkout, and include your guide reference. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Paddle.
Who issues refunds
Refunds are issued by ALCO TECNOLOGIA E CONSULTORIA LTDA, the seller behind AWWOW, and processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
