Who we are
AWWOW is operated by ALCO TECNOLOGIA E CONSULTORIA LTDA, CNPJ 63.161.585/0001-41, based in Brazil. "AWWOW" is the brand of ALCO TECNOLOGIA E CONSULTORIA LTDA.
Acceptance
By using the site or buying a gift plan, you agree to these terms.
The product
AWWOW generates personalized gift ideas using AI and the information you provide. Ideas are concepts, not products for sale. We do not sell or deliver gifts. AI can make mistakes, and we do not guarantee that the recipient will like a suggested gift.
Price
The full guide costs $7.99 USD as a one-time payment. There is no subscription. The final amount is shown at checkout before you pay. A confirmed purchase includes up to five refinements.
Refunds
If your guide fails to generate, or you are not satisfied with it, email hello@awwow.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment provider, to the original payment method.
Accounts and secret profiles
Buying a gift plan never requires an account. Secret profiles require a sign-in with your email address and are only for people aged 18 or older. You are responsible for what you write in your profile and for who you share your link with. Profile content is used to generate recommendations for anyone who has the link, without showing them your answers. You can edit or delete your profile at any time at /me; deleting it deletes all of its answers.
Acceptable use
Use AWWOW lawfully and respectfully. Only share information you have permission to provide. Do not submit sensitive personal information, harmful or unlawful content, attempt to bypass payment or usage limits, or interfere with the service.
Merchant of Record
Orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all purchases. Paddle handles payment, order-related customer service and returns, and its name appears on the buyer's statement.
Intellectual property
The site, the AWWOW brand and the software behind it belong to ALCO TECNOLOGIA E CONSULTORIA LTDA. The buyer receives a personal, non-commercial license to use the gift plan they purchase.
Disclaimer
The service and its AI-generated suggestions are provided "as is", with no guarantee that the recipient will like the gift.
Suspension
We may suspend or end access in case of misuse, fraud or breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
